Templates are created on the "Templates" page, you can create your own template from scratch or use one of our example templates (we recommend you use ours as a base to create your own).
Templates can include basic html, but we recommend you keep it simple to ensure it is compatable with all email clients.
Once you have a template setup your can create your reminder by clicking on the new reminder link in the top menu.
This page will provide you with the fields required to complete your reminder (this is determined by the fields in your template or can just be you customer name and customer email).
If you load the page called "Reminders" you will be able to find the reminder in this list (might need to check all the pages), or you can use the search to find it. Then you can click on the "Delete" button, job done!
Open the "Customers" page and then you can see your list of customers, or you can search and click on the "..." button which will give you the options available for this customer, to update their details click "Edit Customer" and use the form provided.
